The public now has direct access to report suspected acts of corruption through new toll-free lines and online tools launched by President-elect John Dramani Mahama’s Anti-Corruption Preparatory Team.

These platforms, including a toll-free number (0800 900 111), a website (www.oralgh.org), and an email address (public@oralgh.org), aim to make it easier and safer for Ghanaians to report corruption.

Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the spokesperson for the transition team, explained the purpose of these initiatives, stating, “The public is hereby assured that information sent to the team will be handled expeditiously and with utmost discretion.” The emphasis on confidentiality seeks to encourage citizens to come forward without fear of reprisal.

The new tools appear to reflect the President-elect’s commitment to transparency and accountability in governance.
