Team Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) has officially received the full dossier on the National Service ghost names scandal, according to an announcement made by the chairman of the team, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, on Friday, December 20.
The scandal, which has raised serious concerns about corruption and mismanagement, now forms a key part of the team’s ongoing investigations aimed at recovering public funds and exposing fraudulent practices.
In his statement on social media, Okudzeto Ablakwa expressed gratitude to The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa for their role in presenting the dossier.

He commended the organisations for their patriotism, stating that their contributions would help to reset Ghana and recover the stolen resources. “Together, we shall reset Ghana and recover all loot,” he wrote on his X page.
The team had previously assured the public that any information received would be handled with the utmost discretion and urgency.
They have reiterated their commitment to investigating the scandal thoroughly and addressing any illicit activities that have contributed to the siphoning of public funds.
In addition to this development, the ORAL team also unveiled new interactive platforms designed to combat corruption.
This initiative, aimed at empowering the public to report corruption anonymously and securely, was introduced in a press release issued by the Mahama Transition Team on Wednesday, December 20, 2024.
The platforms are part of a broader strategy to enhance transparency and accountability within the public sector.
By providing accessible reporting channels, the initiative seeks to encourage more citizens to participate in the fight against corruption and ensure that public officeholders are held accountable for their actions.
