FLSmidth’s announcement to open a new service centre in Accra is a significant milestone. This facility will enhance the efficiency and sustainability of Ghana’s mining sector by minimizing operational downtime and improving supply chain reliability. Notably, it will also contribute to local job creation, skills development, and the procurement of local goods and services, thereby adding substantial value to the Ghanaian economy.
